At the heart of our clients’ projects, you contribute end-to-end to the design and deployment of solutions with a strong technological and business impact.

Your areas of expertise include: data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud, digital and robotic solutions, embedded systems, infrastructure, and R&D, depending on your specialization.

Your approach combines consulting and delivery, from strategy and transformation to co-R&D, design, deployment, and maintenance of high-tech solutions.

Business Manager

As an entrepreneur within the Group, you develop and manage your own business activity end-to-end: business development, client relationship management, recruitment, and leadership of a team of engineering consultants.

You identify growth opportunities, lead prospecting initiatives, and position yourself where client challenges are evolving. Working closely with your clients, you build long-term relationships and ensure the quality and relevance of the delivered assignments.

You are also responsible for the performance and profitability of your scope.

Support Functions

At the core of the Group’s operations and development, you contribute directly to its growth trajectory.

Depending on your area of expertise (finance, human resources & recruitment, marketing, innovation, M&A, IT, legal, communication, or quality), you work on strategic topics such as external growth, talent development, financial management, transformation, positioning, and more.

Working closely with Business Managers, engineering consultants, and Executive Management, you play a key role in creating value.
