As a key player in the development of Astek’s cybersecurity offerings, I strive to embody a technical, human, and strategic vision of a field that is constantly evolving. My experience, my passion for cybersecurity, and my deep roots in the Breton ecosystem make me a pillar of our cybersecurity division in Rennes.

A cybersecurity expert with a proven track record

With more than 13 years of experience in cybersecurity, I have gained rare hands-on expertise. Before joining Astek, I spent ten years at Thales, where I held primarily technical roles, notably in penetration testing, code and configuration audits, incident response, as well as reverse engineering and vulnerability research—including certain zero-day vulnerabilities in Windows—which I reported and presented at international conferences.

This technical background now enables me to lead complex cybersecurity projects and support our clients with a comprehensive perspective.

Joining Astek has given me the opportunity to structure a comprehensive cybersecurity offering in response to the growing needs of businesses. My role covers several key missions, including offering development, where I have enriched the existing offering (governance, SOC) with new services such as security audits, cybersecurity awareness training, phishing campaigns, incident response, and compliance, including BCP/DRP and ISMS.

Management and Recruitment
I also supervise the cybersecurity teams, oversee their recruitment and skill development, and ensure the quality of deliverables to guarantee operational excellence.

Local Presence in Rennes
Astek made the strategic decision to establish its cybersecurity division in Rennes, at the heart of the French cybersecurity ecosystem, where I play a leading role.

Rennes, a booming cybersecurity hub

Rennes is now a hub for cybersecurity in France, alongside Paris.
Astek is based there, right next to the Cyber Excellence Hub—of which we are active members—and within a vibrant ecosystem of startups, incubators, laboratories, schools, and numerous major events such as European Cyber Week, the Cyber Breakfasts, and SSTIC. I also carry out skills-based pro bono initiatives there, such as penetration testing and phishing campaigns to support local organizations.

Continuous, Collaborative Cybersecurity Monitoring

To stay at the cutting edge, my teams and I continuously monitor emerging threats and technologies. This involves daily monitoring of specialized sources, participating in CTFs, conferences, and challenges, organizing competitions for European Cyber Week in partnership with Airbus, and experimenting with innovative topics such as AI, OSINT, and deepfakes.

A distinctive approach, focused on adaptability

Unlike a rigid and standardized approach, at Astek we adopt an agile and personalized method. We adapt our solutions to the context, challenges, and maturity level of each client. Our strength lies in customization.

This approach allows us to meet the needs of large groups as well as those of SMEs, mid-sized companies or less mature structures, with systems tailored to their scale and budgetary constraints.

For me, cybersecurity has become a strategic and universal issue for businesses. The evolving cyber landscape, the increasing professionalism of attackers, and the emergence of new risks necessitate increasingly integrated and resilient cybersecurity.
