In accordance with the Sapin II Law, the Astek Group has implemented a professional whistleblowing system enabling employees, occasional contributors (interns, temporary staff, etc.), and external service providers of the Astek Group to report facts prohibited by law (such as a crime or offense) or constituting a violation, threat, or serious harm to the public interest. The report must have a general scope aimed at the common good and ethics, and must not concern an individual or collective labor dispute.

To this end, the Group has in particular set up a dedicated generic email address for ethical alerts submitted electronically: [email protected].

An alert may also be submitted by post to the following address:

Astek Group
Ethics Committee / Mr. Quentin Poirier
Tour CB21, 16 Place de l’Iris – 92400 Courbevoie – France.

It is recommended to send it by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, using a double-envelope system, with the inner envelope marked: “Whistleblowing system: may only be opened by the Ethics Committee”.

Regardless of the submission method, it is mandatory to attach the completed “Whistleblowing Form” to each report. This form can be downloaded by clicking the button below:
