This January 22, 2024, Astek becomes a benchmark employer by joining the selective list of companies rewarded with the Top Employer 2024 certification.
Top Employers Institute audits and certifies the excellence of HR practices in companies, in France and internationally, through their “HR Best Practices Survey”. With its 250 questions, this survey covers 6 major HR areas, divided into 20 themes such as talent management strategy, work environment, “Talent Acquisition”, training and skills development, well-being at work, as well as diversity and inclusion.
This evaluation by an external reference body in the HR field is fully part of a constant process of improvement and identification of areas for improvement in the Group’s HR practices. Thus, beyond the Top Employer certification, which strongly promotes the employer brand, the audit allows the company, through this inventory of its HR practices, to validate its HR strategy and its areas of progress.
Astek has thus defined two major axes of its human resources strategy: providing a career springboard for young people and making career management for all employees a lever for performance and attractiveness.
The Group thus intends to accelerate its strategy of supporting young people at all stages and offers local support, integrating the individual needs of each employee and their aspirations. In the same way, Astek has been developing for several years an ambitious proactive policy of training, skills development and career management.

In parallel with the analysis of its HR practices, the Group pays attention to the perception of its employees. To complete its internal satisfaction surveys, Astek intends to conduct independent surveys among its employees, starting with all of its interns and work-study students.
