For over ten years, Astek has established itself as a key player in digital transformation in the Middle East. Driven by a dynamic of innovation and expansion, the Group continuously strengthens its presence in this strategic region through its offices in Dubai, Riyadh and soon Doha, Muscat and Kuwait City.

A strategic and progressive establishment

Astek’s adventure in the Middle East began in 2014 in Dubai, with a clear ambition: to establish a lasting presence in a rapidly changing market. From modest beginnings – with no clients or consultants – to the first key partnerships with companies such as Amadeus and Idemia, each step has been guided by the desire to support the region’s major players in their digital transformation.

Today, Astek is recognised for its ability to build multicultural, young and agile teams, capable of meeting the technological challenges of a constantly evolving environment.

Saudi Arabia, a growth engine

Since the opening of our office in Riyadh in 2019, our development has accelerated spectacularly. In the space of five years, Astek has grown from 0 to 500 employees in the Kingdom, building on growth aligned with Vision 2030.

Our teams work on large-scale projects in strategic sectors such as Fintech, defence and digital public services, including NEOM, Absher, Nosouq and Tawakalna.

A strengthened regional presence

Astek’s growth in the Middle East has recently accelerated with the acquisition of Aspire, a Jordanian company with 500 employees. This integration brings our regional headcount to over 1,000 experts and strengthens our synergies and project offering.

A human and professional adventure

Astek is continuing its expansion with the upcoming opening of offices in Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, in order to meet growing demand in sectors such as banking, insurance and Fintech. These establishments will offer new international career opportunities.

The projects we carry out here are both technologically ambitious and humanly enriching. They offer Astek’s talents rare professional experiences, with strong potential for personal growth.
