In Asia, Astek is strengthening its presence, particularly in Vietnam where a Delivery Center focused on excellence, customer proximity and cooperation with the Group is currently being developed.

A multi-localized Asian strategy

Astek Vietnam is part of the Delivery Capability Asia strategy alongside India, Singapore and Malaysia, offering a flexible response to clients’ budgetary, resource and expertise needs.
This integrated approach enables Astek to deliver tailored, competitive and consistent solutions across the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Strong growth in Vietnam

In 2024, Astek Vietnam recorded strong growth thanks to its entrepreneurial spirit and client-focused standards, structuring a high-performing and collaborative 4.0 Delivery Center with other group entities.
The center currently brings together approximately fifty employees and supports leading international clients such as Amadeus, Moët Hennessy, Decathlon and ISS Facility Services.

The success of the Digital Factory for Moët Hennessy

Within a year, Astek Vietnam set up a Digital Factory for Moët Hennessy, growing from 2 to over 20 experts specializing in areas such as Shopify, PHP, Drupal and PowerBI. The project is currently being rolled out across APAC and will soon be extended globally, in line with the client’s strategic direction.

Worth noting: This project was won against competing companies with a stronger presence in the region.

A landmark collaboration with Amadeus

The partnership with Amadeus marked the first major project involving direct collaboration between Astek France and Astek Vietnam. This cooperation, carried out during the COVID pandemic, made it possible to put forward a competitive offer while maintaining a high level of performance. This synergy model has since been consolidated.

Decathlon: a human and collective adventure

The APAC Chopper project for Decathlon, launched with Astek Singapore and a small team of 15 consultants, helped build client trust and secure a strategic contract. Eight experts were recruited and onboarded from day one of the project.

Today, our team consists of 17 employees who play a central core-engineering role across the entire APAC region.

2026 Objective: Structure to Grow

Astek Vietnam aims to reach “a few hundred” consultants in the coming years. To achieve this:

  • We are structuring a Sales Development team in Vietnam to strengthen our commercial development and improve Onshore-Offshore synergies.
  • We continuously test and optimize our approach methods in line with market developments.
  • Finally, we are improving our delivery with an agile, scalable and Lean model to ensure the competitiveness of our offer.
